| Abies pinsapo is a tall evergreen, columnar tree. Very popular bonsai plant. Beautiful raspberry colour buds are borne in spring. Cones are cylindrical, yellow to green before ripening to brown and releasing seeds. Performs best when given partial shade and ample water in well drained soil, but tolerates dry, alkaline conditions. 10 seeds Sowing Instructions: Germinates readily with no special treatment but soaking in warm water overnight will assist germination.
