A spring flowering favourite Forget-Me-Not is a plant that produces masses of tiny, Indigo blue flowers with white, yellow, or pink centres from spring to early summer in temperate climates.
Perfect for edging, beds, borders, rock gardens, containers, dainty bouquets and hanging baskets.
Outstanding for massing with spring-blooming bulbs, Self-seeds readily. Myosotis is also a good honeybee plant.
Myosotis sylvatica, commonly called the wood forget-me-not or woodland forget-me-not is a species of flowering plant in the family Boraginaceae. Although native to Europe it is also naturalised in the U.S. in moist, shaded areas.
A spring flowering favourite the Forget-me-not will self-seed to come back for many years. Plants form a low mound of grey-green leaves, smothered with clusters of Indigo blue flowers., an edging to borders, containers, or hanging baskets.
Grow notes:
Tropical: Autumn.
Temperate: Mid-Summer to Late Autumn.
Cold: Early Summer to Mid Autumn.
Sow: 3 mm

Germination: 21-28 days.
Plant Space: 25 cm
Flowering: 10-12 weeks
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for more vigorous plants.
Prefers rich well-drained soil in a protected partially shaded position, frost resistant but drought tender.
