This fast growing splendid dwarf rounded plant which attains a height of 30-50 centimetres produces attractive clusters of blue flowers which will give a pronounced pincushion effect.
an extremely versatile plant that is ideal for cottage gardens, bedding displays or as a pot plant.
Pinch out first buds to encourage bushier plants.
Grow notes:
Tropical: Year Round.
Temperate: Spring, Summer & Early Autumn.
Cool climate: Spring & Summer
Sow: 1mm deep
Sow direct in the growing position for best results. If sowing in trays transplant when large enough to handle avoiding excessive root disturbance.
Plant in a well-drained soil in a sunny position.
Plant space: 15-20cm
Germination: 14-21 days
Prefers a well-drained soil in an open sunny position. Water regularly in dry weather and cut back all spent blooms to prolong flowering.
