Very decorative red foliage plant that is great for cutting. Best when direct sown.
Atriplex red plume produces two types of seed, both black and white, both will germinate and give the same end result
Prefers light to medium moist well-drained soil in a sunny position.
Tropical: Winter to Spring
Temperate: Spring to Early Summer.
Cool climate: Mid-Spring to Early-Summer.
Sow: 6cm deep
Sow direct or sow in trays and transplant when large enough to handle.
Germination: 7-10 days
