A Wonderful colourful mix of different basils including reds, Ruby's, greens and purple with a great range of flavours including Lemon, lime, zesty, spicy and sweet.
Basil has a flavour that enhances many different cuisines. Culinary uses include vegetables, seafood, meat, poultry, eggs, rice, tea, and cheese.
It can be grown in the herbs/vegetable garden and pots. Flowers attract honeybees and other beneficial insects.
The best time to sow the seed is in Spring after the last frost.
- Soak the seeds in water for 24 hours before planting. This will help soften the seed coat and speed up the germination process.
- Plant the seeds in well-draining soil as they prefer moist soil but don’t like to be waterlogged.
- Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil and keep them moist but not wet.
- Position the pots in a warm and bright location, but not in direct sunlight.
- Once the seedlings emerge, you can transplant them into individual pots or your garden
Germination: 10 to 21 days.

- Please do not be too hasty to discard seeds that do not germinate; seeds will often lay dormant until the conditions are similar to their natural germination requirements.
- As with all seeds, they must have adequate water to germinate, keep them moist but not too wet.
