An amazingly extra sweet beetroot with flavourful tops. Early producing 7.5-10cm (3-4”) roots and tall glossy leaves that make great salad greens.
A good summer heirloom variety of Beetroot.

Cool climate: Spring to Early Autumn
Sow: 12mm deep
For best results grow in trays of a quality seed raising mix transplant when 6cm high. Alternatively, sow direct and thin to the strongest plant.

Maturity: 8-10 weeks
Adaptable to most good garden soils, prefers an open sunny position. Avoid deformed beets by planting them in loose soil free from stones or rocks.
