An exceptionally extra sweet beetroot with the added bonus of flavourful tall tops. Early producing 7.5-10cm (3-4”) roots and tall glossy leaves that make great salad greens.
A good summer heirloom variety of Beetroot that can also be grown as micro-greens or baby leaf greens for salad mixes.

Sow: 12mm deep
For best results grow in trays of a quality seed raising mix transplant when 6cm high. Alternatively, sow direct and thin to the strongest plant.

Adaptable to most good garden soils prefers an open sunny position. Avoid deformed beets by planting them in loose soil free from stones or rocks.
