An heirloom Italian variety with a medium thick flesh with a sweet and juicy flavour. This gourmet capsicum is ideal for roasting or frying; fruits are similar to bell peppers but elongated 16-25 cm long and up to 6 cm in diameter. Harvested green or yellow after 70-90 days
Grow notes:
Adaptable to most garden soils but prefers well-drained, well-fed soil in a sunny position. Annual in temperate climates and perennial in the tropics.
Capsicums require warmth for germination, if starting early provide warmth.
