Chilli Ping is an early maturing chilli with pendant cherry shaped fruit. The plant grows to about 1 metre. Fruits are green turning red on maturity. They are ideal for pickling, Asian cooking or can be used fresh. They are not as hot as a lot of others, so if you prefer the Milder chilli’s these are an excellent choice.
Adaptable to most garden soils but prefers a well-drained, well fed soil in a sunny position. Annual in temperate climates perennial in the tropics.
Capsicums require warmth for germination, if starting early provide warmth.

Grow in trays of a good seed raising mix and transplant when 6-7cm tall.
