The Painted Daisy is a charming daisy in multi-colored flowers containing white, yellow, orange, red, rose, and purple.
An anual dasiy native to Morocco.
Suitable for cutting, beds and borders, and flower mixtures or pots or containers. Ideal for meadow planting on mass. Seeds can have some dormancy present.
A popular variety of cottage garden flowers with sturdy stems makes it ideal as a long-lasting vase flower.
Grow notes:
Tropical: Summer and Autumn.
Temperate: Spring, Summer, and Autumn.
Cold: Spring and Autumn.
Sow: 3mm deep.
Sow direct or sow in trays and transplant when large 7-8cm tall.
Plant space: 30cm
Germination: 14-21 days
Flowering: 18-20 weeks
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
