A great variety of coriander with a hint of lemon scent and flavour that is excellent in Asian dishes and dishes that require some lemon flavour.

Delicious as a garnish in salads, or used in stir-fries.
An ideal variety for growing in containers or in the herb garden.

Culinary uses for Coriander leaf include:
Mexican, Mediterranean, and Asian dishes; garnish, guacamole, chicken, beans, pork, rice, salsas, sauces, fish, and shellfish

Culinary uses for Coriander Seed include: Indian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Asian dishes; curries, curry powder, pickling, sausages, sauces, soups and stews.

Grow notes:

Adaptable to most well-drained soil in a protected sunny position with an adequate amount of water.
