Coriander grows well in mild and subtropical climates. Young coriander leaves and stems have a relatively mild aroma, good for salad and garnish uses.
Adaptable to most well-drained soil in a protected sunny position with an adequate amount of water.

Mexican, Mediterranean, and Asian dishes, garnish, guacamole, chicken, beans, pork, rice, salsas, sauces, fish, and shellfish
Culinary uses for Coriander Seed include: Indian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Asian dishes; curries, curry powder, pickling, sausages, sauces, soups and stews.
