A very aromatic dill with dark-green foliage that is very aromatic that is probably the most widely grown of all dill.
Produces tall 2-3 meter plants at leave stage and up to 6 metre when in full flower.
The large seed heads make this excellent dill for pickling or Scandinavian cuisine. The foliage is also good sprinkled on new potatoes, tomatoes, grilled salmon, spinach, green beans, cucumbers, and squash.
Grow notes:
Adaptable to most good garden soils that are well-drained. Prefer full sun but avoid growing in the hottest months.
