An heirloom Italian-type eggplant (Aubergine) with dark purple fruits that can grow to 25cn long and 8 cm wide.
An early producing variety that produces excellent fruit in around 10 weeks that can be used in stews, sauces, baked, fried, stuffed, or grilled.
Grow notes:
Adaptable to most good garden soils that are well composted and free draining. Requires full sun and a long growing season. Perennial in the tropics but generally grown as an annual in temperate zones.
