Endive Blonde Full Heart is a premium variety with a wide head of green leaves and a pale-yellow heart that have a delicate taste that is by far one of the most popular Chicory in Italy and Europe.
Endive are also known as Chicory, all members of the chicory family are favoured for the bitterness, unlike lettuces which are chosen for their delicacy.
Prefers moist fertile well-drained soil but grows well in almost any garden soil in a sunny position.
