Pigeon House Ash may grow to a height of 15 metres with an attractive smooth bark throughout or persistent on lower trunk shedding in ribbons. Leaves lanceolate 7–13 cm long.
Flowers buds cylindrical and opening to white or cream coloured flowers that occur in clusters of three, hence the species name “triflora”

Germination generally occurs in around 10-28 days at a soil temperature of 18-22°C
