Bolero forms golden orange blossoms with rusty red irregular markings. An outstanding performer in the garden the small bushy plants are highly aromatic.
Semi-double flowers with flat, wavy-edged petals. The petals are mainly a golden orange but have streaks of a maroon or rusty red.
Grow notes:
Adaptable to most garden soils in an open sunny position.
Tropical: All Year Round
Temperate: Spring, Summer and Autumn
Cold: Spring and Summer
Sow: Sow 5-6mm deep.
Sow direct or in trays of a quality seed raising mix and transplant when when 6cm tall.
Germination: 10-14 days
Plant space: 30cm
Flowering: 12 weeks
Remove spent flowers to encourage dense growth and new flowers.
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
