FRENCH Marigold Fiesta - Tagetes patula

These lovely little annual offers summer-long double flowers deep maroon with lemon yellow.
A must for every garden, suitable for growing in containers.

Planting marigolds between tomatoes help protect the tomato plants from harmful nematodes in the soil.

Temperate: Spring, Summer, and Autumn
Cold: Spring and Summer

Sow: Sow 5-6mm deep.
Sow direct or in trays of a quality seed-raising mix and transplant when 6cm tall.
Germination: 10-14 days
Plant space: 30cm
Flowering: 12 weeks

Remove spent flowers to encourage dense growth and new flowers.
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
