Agastache mexicana produces tall stems to 120cm tall high with lemon scented leaves topped with deep pink 40 cm tall flower spikes. The foliage has strong aroma with a sweet and minty in flavour with a hint of aniseed and can be as a tea or added to cold drinks and salads.
The flowers attract nectar feeding birds, bees and insects.
