Mustard greens are just the thing for adding a bit of spice to your salad dishes.
Chop suey has dark green round leaves that are very glossy variety like Tatsoi. A thick leaf variety that is suitable for use as babyleaf.

Can also be lightly steamed or gently sauteed and served as a delicious vegetable. Mustard greens are generally believed to have a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels.
Produces leaf year-round with a strong tolerance to Downy Mildew in cooler conditions. Good shelf life are harvesting.

TropicalAutumn & Winter.
Temperate: Autunm or Spring.
Cool climate: Autunm or Spring.

Sow: 5mm deep
Best sown direct in growing postion. Cover lightly and keep moist.
Plant space: 30cm
Row Space: 30cm
Germination: 5-7 days
Maturity: 6-8 weeks

Prefers moist fertile well-drained soil but grows well in almost any garden soil in a sunny position with adequate water.

Grow fast with plenty of water and regular feeds of liquid manure to avoid bitterness.
