Ruby Streaks Mustard has stunning dark maroon lacy leaves and rich green stems with a sweet, pungent, mildly spicy flavour. Cool autumn weather deepens the red colour and enhances the flavour.
A popular variety with chefs and kitchens due to its gentle spicy taste making it ideal in mixed salad bowls.
