An heirloom intermediate-day variety that is named after the small Spanish town of Amposta. Also known as the Morada de Amposta, Bronze D'Amposta, or Bronze of Amposta, it will produce large, reddish-purple, globe-shaped onions with red and white rings. Excellent conservation: 7-8 months.
