An heirloom variety from New Zealand that produces light brown globe-shaped bulbs with a pungent cream flesh that is famous for its flavour.
A mid-season maturing onion that is also an excellent keeper.
Grow notes:
Adaptable to most garden soils in an open sunny position.

Sow: Sow 5-6mm deep.
Sow directly on in trays of a quality seed raising mix and transplant when 6cm tall.
