Pak Choi Green is a fast-growing Asian vegetable that produces apple green stems and thick smooth round green leaves with an outstanding, tender, texture, and flavour.
Ready to harvest in 30 days from sowing as 'baby leaf' or 45-70 days as semi-mature to full-size heads.
Grow notes:
Prefers well-composted, well-drained soil in a sunny position.

Cool climate: Spring to late summer
Sow: 3 mm deep
For best results sow direct and thin or grow in seed-raising trays of a quality seed-raising mix. Transplant when 5-7cm high.
