Highly recommended Cobham Improved is an outstanding later maturing variety with the sweetest flavour of all the parsnips. Highly nutritious the 20cm long smooth roots have a sweet nutty flavour which are ideal in stews, soups, roasted or stemmed.
Adaptable to most garden soils in a sunny position. Avoid deformed roots by planting them in loose soil free from stones or rocks.
