An attractive dwarf variety of Phlox producing brightly coloured blue flowers that are held in clusters on stems above the foliage.
Phlox are long blooming annuals with small lance-shaped leaves held close to the stem. Ideal for garden beds, baskets, planters, and window boxes.
Grow notes:
Prefers rich moist soil in a protected sunny position.
Tropical: Late Autumn to Late Spring.
Temperate: Spring to Early Summer.
Cold: Spring to Early Summer.
Sow: 2 mm deep.
Sow on the surface and cover very lightly, do not bury deeply. Sow direct or in trays transplant when 5 cm high, to avoid excessive root disturbance.
Germination: 14-21 days.
Plant space: 15 cm
Flowering: 10 weeks
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
