A stunning mix of different Poppies in many shades of colours. Poppies are always more dramatic when planted in mass, a must for every spring garden. Self-sows freely.
Adaptable to most well-drained garden soils in an open sunny position. Tolerant to poor sandy soils and drought and frost resistance.
Ideal in garden beds, borders or meadows.

PAPAVER rhoeas - Corn Poppy
PAPAVER rhoeas - Shirley Poppy
PAPAVER orientale – Oriental Poppy
PAPAVER rhoeas - Flanders Poppy

ESCHSCHOLZIA californica - California Poppy
Grow notes:
Temperate: Late summer and autumn.
Cold: Late summer and early autumn.
Sow: 2-3mm deep, cover lightly and gently firm.
For best results sow directly into the soil where they are to grow. If grown early indoors use a growing container that can be planted into the ground such as jiffy pot as seedlings do not like root disturbance.
Germination: 10-14 days.
Plant space: 30cm
Flowering: 20 weeks
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for more vigorous plants.
