Regarded by many as one of the most beautiful flowers Peony poppies whether as a single plant or massed in a display the luscious flowers and blue grey foliage will be a definite highlight of your garden. Abundant fully double flowers in black, pink, purple, scarlet, white & yellow. Poppies are always more dramatic when planted in mass, a must for every spring garden. Self-sows freely.
Adaptable to most well-drained garden soils in an open sunny position. Tolerant to poor sandy soils and is drought and frost resistant.
Tropical / Sub- tropical: Autumn to early winter.
Temperate: Late summer and autumn.
Cold: Late summer and early autumn.
Sow: 2-3mm deep, cover lightly and gently firm.
For best results sow directly into soil where they are to grow. If grown early indoors use a growing container that can be planted directly into the soil such as jiffy pots as seedlings do not like root disturbance.
Germination: 10-14 days.

Flowering: 20 weeks
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
