Low growing fleshy annual with brightly coloured flowers that open with the sun. Extremely hardy plant that is ideally suited to hot dry condition such as dry banks, rock gardens, ground cover, and hanging baskets. This double mix displays beautiful 2.5-5 cm rose like double brilliantly coloured flowers in red, rose pink, orange, yellow, white, and pastel shades.
Adaptable to garden most well drained garden soils in a sunny position. Frost and drought tolerant.
Tropical: Late Autumn to Spring.
Temperate: Spring to Summer.
Cool climate: Spring to Early Summer.
Sow: 1 deep
Sow direct in the growing position or in trays. If sowing in trays transplant when large enough to handle avoiding excessive root disturbance.
Plant in a well-drained soil in a sunny position.
Plant space: 10cm
Germination: 10-14 days
Flowering: 6 Weeks
