The Nodding Catchfly is a slender annual wildflower from the southern Mediterranean region, southern Turkey and southern Russia.
An old-fashioned plant with stunning soft pink flowers consists of 5 notched petals that occur on nodding stems.
Looks spectacular when grouped in cottage gardens, at the front of borders or in the rock garden. Takes either full sun or partial shade.
Grow notes:
Tropical: Autumn to Early Spring.
Temperate: Autumn.
Cold: Late summer to Autumn.
Sow: 2mm deep.
Sow direct or in trays. If sowing in trays transplant when large enough to handle avoiding excessive root disturbance.
Germination: 10-14 days.

Flowering: 14 weeks
