'Orange Fantasia' produces deep-green shiny leaves with bright, yellow-orange coloured veins and stems.

Harvest the baby leaves in around 28 days or at full size at 55 days. Use young leaves in salads, steam or stir-fry mature leaves.

A great addition to salad blends when the leaves are young. The colour does not fade when cooked.

A rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibre makes it an excellent choice for healthy eating. Suitable for pots or the vegetable patch.

Prefers a well composted, well-drained soil in a sunny position.

Sow: 1 cm deep.
Sow direct or in trays of a quality seed raising mix and transplant when 5-6cm tall.
