SQUASH Bennings Light Green Tint (Heirloom) 25g

An heirloom variety introduced in 1914 that is renowned as one of the best tasting summer squash varieties available.
A light green with scalloped edges open-pollinated patty pan variety with an excellent taste with a nutty flavour that produces high yields of fruits.

Bushy plants that produce heavily and remain prolific throughout the season. A bush type variety that is suitable for growing in larger containers.
Best when harvested when small and tender.

Sow: 2cm deep
Best sown direct in a sunny well drained position 3 seeds in a mound 70cm apart. Thin to the stongest two plants in each mound.
