Spaghetti squash can be roasted, boil, or even microwaved, and the stringy flesh can be used as a substitute for pasta noodles.
Harvest your spaghetti squash once it has turned a buttery yellow or deep orange colour. Great for the kids to grow and eat.
Adaptable to most good garden soils but prefers rich soil with adequate amounts of water in full sun.
