Also called Sculpit, it is an heirloom herb found and used mainly in Italy. A flavour that is aromatic like tarragon and arugula, and used in much the same way in eggs and salads etc.
Adaptable to most well-drained fertile garden soils in a sunny position. Avoid extreme heat by growing on a shaded areas in the hottest months.
