Sweet Pea ‘Bijou Mix’ is a dwarf type with large flowers in shades of white, rose, pink, scarlet, lavender and blue over a long a long flowering period and is excellent for beds, borders, and containers.
The brightly coloured mix of fragrant flowers are carried on Short, strong stems. It is one of the best flowers for fragrance.
Plants are early blooming, heat resistant and require no staking.
Use in borders, window boxes and other containers.
Sweet Pea’s are best sown directly I the growing position.
Soak the seed 24 hrs in water.
Sow seed 25mm deep.
- Cool climates: September to October or January to April.
- Temperate: January to April.
- Sub-tropical: March to May.
- Tropical: February to May.
- Arid climates: February to May.
Germination typically takes 14-21 days at 13-18°C
