An old cottage garden favourite which produces sweet scented flowers in colour from deep purple to white, close relative to the night scented.
The flowers are edible and look great in salads.

Tropical: Autumn to Early Spring.
Temperate: Late winter and spring or Autumn.
Cold: Spring to Early Summer or Autumn.

Sow: 3mm deep.
Sow direct or in trays. If sowing in trays transplant when large enough to handle avoiding excessive root disturbance.
Germination: 10-14 days.
Plant space: 20-30cm
Row space: 20-30cm
Flowering: 6-8 weeks

Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
