A colourful Silverbeet with green and bronze leaves and striking stems in many different colours.
Harvest the baby leaves in around 28 days or at full size at 55 days. Use young leaves in salads, steam or stir-fry mature leaves.
A rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibre makes it an excellent choice for healthy eating. Suitable for pots or the vegetable patch.
Adaptable to most well-drained garden soils, prefers an open sunny position.
