A great variety of Asian Mustad greens bred for its deep colour and strong spoon shaped leaf structure arrange in rosettes. Fast growing with a mild mustard flavour black knight is excellent steamed, in stir-fry or raw in salads. Suitable for baby leaf or full plant harvest and ideal for year round cropping.
Growning notes:
Prefers a well composted, well-drained soil in a sunny position.

Cool climate: Spring to late summer
Sow: 3 mm deep
For best results sow direct and thin, or grow in seed raising trays of a quality seed raising mix. Transplant when 5-7cm high.
