An F1 hybrid variety of Asian Mustard greens bred for its vigorous growth and deep purple colour leaves that are thck and glossy with green undersides. Fast growing with a mild mustard flavour "deep purple" is excellent steamed, in stir-fry or raw in salads.
This variety is a unique and considered an premium ingredient for all salad mixes.
Suitable for baby leaf or full plant harvest and ideal for year round cropping.
Tatsoi is best grown in shoulder and cooler seasons when colour is more intense.
