TOMATO Indigo Ruby

A unique variety of boutique tomato that is hard to find that produces clusters of 4 to 6 Indgo Ruby coloured tomatoes somewhere in size between a cherry and a plum tomato with a sweet flavor and pleasant aroma. Intense indigo anthocyanin pigmentation covers the tops of the fruit.

The fruit of this variety contain high level of anthocyanin, a naturally occurring antioxidant found in blueberries.
Harvest when the colours have deepened and the fruit is soft.

Perfect for salads and snacks. Excellent choice for home gardens.

Grow notes:

Adaptable to most soils but produces the best fruit in a deep free-draining soil with consistent moisture in a sunny position. Protect from strong winds, support with stakes when required.

Sow: 6mm deep
For best results grow in seed raising trays of a quality seed raising mix. Keep warm and moist. Transplant when 5-7cm high.
