Zinnia elegans Burpeeana mix is an early variety to 90 cm tall with large 15 cm cactus type blooms in a very wide range of bold colours.
Adaptable to most well-drained garden soils in a sunny position. Tolerant of average soils.
Tropical: Winter to Late Summer.
Temperate: Spring & Early Summer.
Cool climate: Spring & Early Summer.
Sow: 6 mm deep
Sow direct in the growing position or in trays. If sowing in trays transplant when large enough to handle avoiding excessive root disturbance.
