A dwarf zinnia 40-50 cm tall with fully double yellow ball-shaped flowers during the summer months.
Zinnias are one of the easiest annuals to grow. An excellent choice for container planting or use in garden borders or mass planting.
Excellent cut flowers with a long vase life.
Adaptable to most well-drained garden soils in a sunny position. Tolerant of average soils.
Zinnia is a warm-season plant and is best grown in well-drained soil in a sunny position.
- Best sown 6 mm directly where they are to grow.
- If sowing in trays transplant when large enough to handle.
- If mass planting as a meadow scatter seeds and rake over.
Tropical: Winter to Late Summer.
Temperate: Spring & Early Summer.
Cool climate: Spring and early Summer.
Germination: 7-14 days at a soil temperature of 20-24°C
