Dear USA customers, please read carefully prior to ordering seeds.

All orders must be posted to the nearest Inspection station address. We are not allowed to post seeds to customers' addresses, and only one address label must be on the parcel—the inspection station address label.

Please provide the address of your nearest inspection station, which can be found on the yellow/green shipping labels list.

We require these documents from you:

  1.  A Small Seed Lot Import Permit (PDF)
  2. One Yellow and Green Shipping label to your nearest Inspection Station (PDF) ( not a full list, only ONE label)
  3. Your nearest Inspection station address.
  4. The order will be posted to your nearest Inspection Station, and they usually arrange delivery to your address, or you have to contact them. We cannot do it from our side.
  5. If you are unsure, please contact the Epermits help desk on 1-866-794-2827 or email [email protected]

HOW to APPLY for a USDA “SMALL SEED LOT PERMIT"

ePermits must be obtained by the importer. We cannot do it for you. It is a simple process and can be applied online at no cost. The ePermits are valid for three years and allow for multiple seed imports.

Start by visiting APHIS eFile and select PPG-587 from the drop-down list and then pressing the blue Get Started tab.

Once you have completed the APHIS eFile, you will be taken to  USDA eAuthentication to complete the process.
The approval by the USDA typically takes 2 or 3 days and will be emailed to your inbox.

Email Australian Seed Once you have received your approved ePermit and one green and yellow shipping label from the USDA, please attach them to an email, and we can process your order. Send the Permit and the USDA green & yellow label to Australian Seed.

For larger orders you will need Import from the USDA and a phytosaniary Certificate.
