We ship Internationally and Australia wide including Tasmania and WA.
We do our best to process your order as soon as possible but during busy periods processing times can take up to 5-6 business or occasionally more.
All our orders and shipped in Padded Bubble Bags for extra protection.
Shipping Australia wide for small orders is by regular post, no tracking number provided. Larger orders sent by parcel or satchel generally have tracking numbers.
Orders over $30.00 are generally shipped by registered mail which provides limited tracking (when the item is lodged at the post office, and when delivered to the postcode you provided). Signature is required for registered mail.
Orders over $45 are generally shipped by parcel post which includes full tracking.
Shipping overseas: We no longer ship by economy letter mail as it does not include tracking and due to the large amount of mail that gets lost or delayed. All international orders are now shipped by parcel post as this is the only service that provides full tracking and insurance.
Unfortunately we do not know all quarantine restriction that may be applicable to your country or state therefore all orders are shipped on the understanding that we have no control over any restrictions whatsoever and this responsibility is with the purchaser to ensure they have the necessary approval to import seed into their country or state.
We cannot be responsible for shipping delays, quarantine impoundments or lost or stolen items. Once we ship an order it becomes the property of the carrier and recipient of that order, no further liability is excepted by Australian Seed for customs or quarantine related problems.
We guarantee all our seed as being fresh and of the highest quality, however we cannot replace seed that does not germinate as we have no control over how the seed was planted or the conditions they are planted in.
Any claims must be received within 30 days of order shipment. No claims will be entered into after 30 days.
