CAPSICUM Golden California Wonder

Thick fleshed fruit matures to a deep orange colour with exceedingly sweet flavour. Provides excellent contrast to the red and purple varieties. Sturdy, upright 55-75 cm (22-30”) plants are excellent producers of fruit.

Adaptable to most garden soils but prefers a well-drained, well fed soil in a sunny position. Annual in temperate climates perennial in the tropics.

Capsicums require warmth for germination, if starting early provide warmth.

Sow: 6mm deep.
Grow in trays of a good seed raising mix and transplant when 6-7cm tall.

Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
