Great versatility and great taste. Tops can be used like celery and the bulb can be used to make a delicious salad, simply mix cooked, diced, or chopped bulb with finely diced onion and mayonnaise or dressing of your choice.
Adaptable to most garden soils but prefers humus-rich soil in a sunny position. Avoid deformed roots by planting them in loose soil free from stones or rocks.
