An impressive looking shrub that produces a mass display of bright purplish mauve flowers occurring on globular heads 1 cm in spring. Leaves are narrowly elliptical 6 mm long.
A very successful and highly adaptable shrub.
Endemic to the south coast region of the South-West Province of Western Australia.
Prefers a light to medium well-drained soil in a protected shaded position, frost resistant but drought tender.
