Huge pumpkins that often weigh 45kg (100 lbs) or more, if given plenty of moisture, fertilizer, and space. An heirloom pumpkin dating back to the early w900's that produces bright orange skin and bright yellow-orange flesh.
A popular variety that is ideal is a Halloween pumpkin.
Adaptable to most good garden soils but prefers rich soil with a generous amount of water in full sun.
