A perfect Silverbeet variety with tender deep crimson stems that contrast beautifully with its crumpled large dark green leaves. An attractive leaf vegetable that can be grown in the flower garden for its foliage and colour.
A very productive variety that can be picked as baby leaves to use in a salad mix or left to grow for steamed greens.

Adaptable to most well-drained garden soils prefers an open sunny position.
