ASTER Powder Puff Mix - CALLISTEPHUS chinensis

A wonderful mix of China Aster with fully double flowers in shades of purple, deep rose, pink, violet, and white. Blooms from mid-summer through early Autumn.
Ideal for traditional cottage gardens, containers, bedding, borders, mass planting or the pollinator garden.
Attracts honeybees and other beneficial insects to the garden.
Makes great cut flowers for vases or floral arrangements.
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
Adaptable to most soils but prefers light to medium soil in an open sunny position, it is drought and frost-tender.
The best time to sow the seed is in Spring after the last frost.
- Plant the seeds in well-draining soil as they prefer moist soil but don’t like to be waterlogged.
- Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil and keep them moist but not wet.
- Position the pots in a warm and bright location, but not in direct sunlight.
- Once the seedlings emerge, you can transplant them into individual pots or your garden
Germination: 10 to 21 days.

- As with all seeds, they must have adequate water to germinate, keep them moist but not too wet.
